Ernedis (Jesus) is new to All Area.  Jesus assists Eddy Chanlatte with all day to day operations.  Ernedis is also a field person like Eddy and follows up with repairs, employee management, reports and reports directly to Eddy.  Jesus speaks fluent English and Spanish.  Jesus will be breaking away from training Mid summer 2010 taking on a total of 4 Properties in the 160 Unit range in Jackson Heigths.

Sabrina has been with All Area for approx 2.5 years.  Sabrina is the director of legal and compliance.  Sabrina works closely with all Managers on Legal, Registrations, Certificates and other misc important documentation.  Sabrina has over 12 Years experience in the Property Management field.  Sabrina speaks fluent English and Spanish

Spyro has been with All Area for 8 Years.  Spyro is a graduate of Baruch College with a degree in finance.  Spyro works on various properties from 500 units to 100 units.  Spyro's experience over the years has given him vast experience in building financial situations, large projects such as Local Law, Elevator Modernizations and other projects (CCTV, Key Fob etc).  Spyro speaks fluent English and Greek

David is our newest addition to All Area.  David is a graduate of Stony Brook University with a degree in Biology.  David also has a Photovoltaic Maintenance and Installation certification (Renewable Energies Certification) and a paralegal certificate.  David has excellent inter-personal skill and currently managing properties in the Brooklyn, Forest Hills and Flushing Areas in the 200 unit range.  David speaks fluent English and Farsi.

Alex has been with All Area for 9 Years.  Alex is our most "handy man" Portfolio Manger with Experience in all building mechanics from Boilers, roofs, Ventilation systems, sprinkler systems to CCTV, Key fob etc.  Alex handles properties from the 400-80 range and works closely with buildings that have set onsite office hours.  Alex is primarily in the Flushing area with a couple of buildings in Jackson Heights.  Alex speaks fluent English and Romanian.

Ed has been with All Area for 3 Years and was promoted from the sales dept to the management dept because of his hard work and dedication.  Ed works with Alex Moldovan and back-ups the senior property managers.  Ed is currently in Training under Alex to be a Property Manager.  Ed is scheduled to go live with his own buildings starting Jan 1, 2010.  Ed speaks fluent English, Spanish and Mandarin.

Kosta is new to All Area, but not to the business.  Kosta has been with All Area for approx 2 years now.  Kosta is a graduate of Baruch College with a degree in finance.  Kosta handles all small accounts and has vast experience with building repairs and mechanicals.  Kostas experience is from the construction side with family in the business for many years.  Kosta works on various buildings from 99 units to 20 units.  Kosta speaks fluent English and Greek.

Matthew is new to All Area and in training with Kosta.  Matthew has been with All Area for approx 1 year now.  Matthew is currently Queens College.  Matthew is studying Accounting.  Matthew speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Eleni is a graduate of NYIT (Manhattan) with a masters in psychology.  Eleni is the Director of Operations and Major owner of All Area Realty Services.  Eleni oversees all operations of All Area including all back office accounts.   Eleni works closely with many boards on a variety of questions and issues from payroll, mortgages, SCRIE to Building Taxes.

Tasos (Aka TJ) is the main Portfolio Manager overseeing all operations of All Area.  TJ is a graduate of NYU in Real Estate Management.  With our highly sophisticated systems, TJ is able to oversee all Reports, budgets, Licenses, Work-orders, Refinances etc and oversee the operations of all the All Area managed properties.  TJ attends many financial meetings and annual meetings and is one of the most involved CEO's in NY Property Management.

Gary is a Graduate of NYIT (Westbury) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace engineering.   Gary joined All Area 5 years ago, but has done the technology for All Area for approx 18years.  Gary handles a couple of properties that the boards have requested him to personally manage (Currently 2, 1 in Kew Gardens and 1 in downtown NYC).  Gary concentrates primarily on Local Law, Major Renovations (Lobbies etc), beautification projects, Major Repairs, Engineering Reports, Onsite Management Setup, Remote access for owners and boards, Remote access for accountants and attorneys and is Eleni's and TJ's right hand on high level operations overseeing IT operations and company growth.
