All Area Realty Services We are currently managing many large projects which include pointing, new roofing and water proofing in the Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx. We cannot disclose the details online, but these are very large projects most other companies usually rely on the contractor to do all the work. We supervise the contractors making sure the projects are within building specifications, code and done correctly.

All Area has experienced staff to work with vendors on Key Fob Systems, Electronic High Security Doors, CCTV and DVR's, Remote Access to many systems, Satellite TV, Cable, T1, Voice over IP (VOIP) and anything you can think of when it comes to telecommunications. We have already done it and many of our buildings are very happy with the results! Building Façade (Stucco or Brick work). We Manage Façade Work from pointing to any kind of Brick work. We work with Contractors and Engineers to find the best needs for a co-operative, Condominium or private residence. Many of our older buildings have done work of this kind greatly increasing the overall look and appeal of the building. Driveway, sidewalk or any kind of cement or black top work. All Area Realty Services Engineering Dept has the experienced staff to make sure the building projects are completed correctly and on-time. Most driveways and sidewalks are cracked these days. We make sure that the highest quality of materials are used to minimize this. Landscaping / Fencing and Beautification projects Tree Removal, Lanscaping and beautification. Tree, Flower and plants planting and transplanting. Stone, pathway and lighting upgrades. Outdoor Courtyard patios and park benches. Window / Door Replacement projects We have performed many Window Replacement projects from many reputable manufacturers. Many properties decide to replace windows because they are either falling apart or want to increase the thermal efficiency of the windows and building overall. As a reminder, the govt also gives tax credits to home owners who replace their windows (Condominiums Owners). Other Projects Laundry Rooms, Gym Rooms, Bicycle Storage Rooms (Bike Rack Systems), Childrens Playrooms, Community Rooms, Game Rooms (Ping Pong etc), CCTV and High Security Rooms...
