A Message from John Yee 

I am pleased to join All Area as the comptroller.  Over the years I have worked closely with All Area on many Financial situations.  When Eleni and TJ asked me to join as the Comptroller, I was pleased and eager as All Area is one of the few management companies I have seen following strict protocol and procedure.  I have worked in the past as a controller and in CPA firms performing a variety of audits, review compilation, taxation and accounting services over the years, so my experience will Broaden and help All Area perform its financial reporting obligations on a level not seen before in property management.  I am a graduate of NYU as well as a native New Yorker and love the Cooperative and Condominium life and this is a major part of New York.  I joined All Area (9-2009) as the comptroller and have already started some very exciting projects which will further enhance the back office operations of All Area.  I will personally oversee all Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Standardization of our Accounting.  I can be reached via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. A Message from the CTO / Mechanical Engineer.  Gary Andriotis

Our newest technology services (All Area Portal) allow Board Members and owners to view real time data online with a simple web based login.  In addition, we have online payments (ACH) that owners have full control in setting up.

From our in-house document management to our hosted web servers and partnerships with Dell, APC and Lenovo, we have a technology center second to none in the Property Management world.  Our Technology staff have 40+ years of experience in multi million dollar environments. with Experience from Chase, Bear Stearns, Microsoft and other major companies.  We now bring this experience to NY Property Management. 

In addition, I have a Mechanical Engineering Degree and a Aero Space Engineering Degree that comes into play with our LL11, Roofing, waterproofing or any other Major structural jobs.  I work closely with many respectable engineering firms and together find ways to save properties money and reduce operating costs.
